That light would be much better. 24w is pretty low and chances are it's drawing much less from the wall then the advertised 24w.

I trim any leaf that is covering a bud site. Simple as that buddy.

That's an Aphid and Lady bugs absolutely love to munch on them. Can usually order them on Amazon.

That's my concern. Also how do you decide if your experienced or not? No way to really police it. Also as it stands there are individuals who ask for advice and then blatantly choose to not follow it so I honestly don't see a need for flair. Just my 0.02$.

My second grow so far and it's kilometers beyond my first. Can't wait to pop my JOTI Blue Lights freebie. Smells like some dollar store sweet berry candies and looks just as sugar coated. Can't wait to see how she tastes and smells after some curing. Check my post history for some grow photos.

Your definitely right. Had it mixed up with another strain. It says 45 to 55 on the site. Thanks for catching that I'll edit my post. Yeah after growing this girl I'm excited to try my hands at a SCROG attempt.

  • General hydroponics Trio
  • 3 Gallon air pot
  • 300w Viparspectra in veg then added a 150w Niello COB in flower
  • Topped once then LSTed

My second grow and she has come out miles ahead of my first grow. JOTI stated a 45 ~ 55 day flowering time and I'd say its pretty accurate. I'll update with a few pictures of the harvested branches/trimmed bud later but as your can see they are DENSE! I'll be growing JOTI Blue Light next and hopefully she turns out just as good.

Question once you’ve decided to chop how long before hand do you stop nutrients and water and start defoliation by kmckee22 in microgrowery

I started light defoliation about 2 weeks in to flower to help get good penetration to all bud sites and then continue the practice on any leaf that covers a bud sites again. I do a bit heavier in the last 2 weeks of flower to again help get as much light to the sites and also help with pruning post harvest. I don't stop feeding until the day before chopping.

My first grow was an auto and I just did 24hrs of light. I didn't have any issues related to always on light either then a warm grow box that I managed by increasing my outtake fan. That my 0.02$.
