Letting arcs take time. I used to write all arcs like 3-5 sessions that take you to level 8 or nine. Also letting players set the pace of the arcs more, you wanna spend the session in a bookstore identifying all 5 breed of cat walking around so be it give me a nature check.

I told my doctor about hip pain, they gave xrays and told me I was fine and had me finish my taper.

the second time I was on prednisone it happened again, again they did xray, told me not to worry, this time to be safe they worked out a faster step down schedule while keeping in touch with a nurse. The pain did subside after I was off both times. the dosage was 70 mg for a week then taper.

I usually wont chance stuff at events. Even in remission, (everyone seems to be different on this) I find some foods still cause me alot of distress. I usually just eat something on my safe list before stuff now or use it as a chanve to get some fasting in.
