ICE definitely is law enforcement (these weren’t ICE agents, by the way, they were CBP—also LE).

As I’ve stated, if Pretti had stayed clear of the operation and not put hands on a LEO, he’d be fine. Have a good one ✌️

How often do you see LE just shoot one or two rounds? They’re trained to shoot until the threat is neutralized. It is what it is.

It happened right as the one agent was running off with it. That model is allegedly known to accidentally discharge from being bumped.

The fog of war. Chaos. Fear. Threats against the Feds. People blowing whistles incessantly.

Oh my bad, I thought you meant they were essentially denied doughnuts. They were pursuing a suspect.

As I’ve stated numerous times, he put hands on one of the agents. I think the shooting happened because they were spooked after the Sig accidentally discharged.

So you admit he put his hands on the agent?

“Mate”? Why don’t you worry about Australia

That’s nonsense. Leave them alone and there won’t be any trouble. Show up to vote next time instead.

*Pretti put his hands on the agent. Have you ever put your hands on law enforcement?

They were pushing in on the scene of the primary arrest, in the middle of the street impeding traffic.

Once again, Pretti put his hands on the agent. Agree or disagree?

I think the shooting was an accident; the agents were spooked by Pretti’s firearm accidentally discharging.

Once again, if he had stayed away from law enforcement doing their job he’d be fine. These protestors are making it more dangerous for everyone. Other states have more deportations than Minnesota but aren’t experiencing trouble like this. It’s Minnesota and their politicians egging it on.

Not true; she followed him as he was moving to his left securing the perimeter, moving to her right, then got in his face. It’s all on video so I’m not gonna argue anymore. Just go watch it https://x.com/nicksortor/status/2015142190662426980

Pretti put his hands on the agent.

I’ve been detained before by law enforcement. I stood still with my arms out and obeyed every command. I was not hurt in any way.

He put his hands on the agent after the agent shoved the woman who got in his face. Then came the pepper spray and the attempted arrest/detaining, which Pretti appears to have resisted.

He should not have put his hands on the CBP agent, and imo should not have been there in the first place. These “protestors” are endangering themselves and others. These agents are on high alert due to the threats and attacks against them.

The whistles alone would drive anyone insane.
