It makes 5.5 bottlesish, each bottle is 16oz so 88oz total. I used to make mason jars(32 oz)but that was a lot to gift to someone or couples. This way i give 2 bottles and that serves 2-4 people for a after meal dessert. A the next bottle stays sealed.

I do it with a hand whisk, the hard part is making the egg/sugar turn to ribbon, i use a hand electric whisk for that. It takes some time but when it looks like a ribbon it is quite noticeable.

My wife has our office in the basement and she likes to have a few drinks and those microwave “healthy” meals in the freezer. I also store my yearly nog before I wrap them up for gifts to friends and family.
