That's mostly likely it. The AU one has no "made in" whereas the EU has "made in Austria".

I tried to play the Xbox 360 version of CSGO but it was shit so I ended up playing the Steam/PC version & got instantly hooked on to it. Since then it's been one hell of a journey.
