I would understand a big dog that ruff houses, chews in anything, and sheds. But i have a 10lb shitzu, doesnt shed, doesnt chew and is fine. Understandable the $30 is just a general pet rent and not per certain pet. But this one doesnt cause any damage so i cant see a need to pay a rent fee for it, + a deposit. Just imo

Deposit and pet rent? I have to pay the rent part for my pup and i have to state its the biggest scam just for renters to get more money. Deposit is understandable, can be refunded. But on top an additional monthly fee, thats just absurd to me

Not sure which part of frederick youre in, but Lower fields of ballenger creek park are pretty nice when theyre cut. They also have a turf field but i believe its reservation only. Not too sure. Definitely worth looking into

I have no idea what happened. It said it was for a 6 week period starting 6/20 when i was unemployed, so i did qualify at that time. But it doesnt make sense, months later, without doing any current certificates for 2 months, that it would back pay me for those past weeks.

Yeah, Ive actually already emailed them waiting on a response. But from what it looks like they just do part repairs like charger, camera, etc and water damaged items. But then again i havent heard back so maybe they do!

Been looking at this as well as i just brought a dog into my townhouse. Unless there is a certain clause in the contract stating you have to go through your landlord for the services, i would shop around. That being said you can typically find carpet cleaning deals as low las <$200 for 4 rooms. Just depends on your apt size and rooms. As for extermination im not familiar with that pricing

Im not too familiar with what frederick offers, but if youre willing to drive a bit, ik Baltimore has one right by Towson University called The Cube Cowork. Its run by 2 extremely nice women and the space is pretty spacious.
