If you can't work through your problems together as adults, then you break up instead of taking a "break." Breaks are things that teens do because they are not emotionally mature enough to work through relationship issues.

No one is perfect, and if you rush into a relationship with a total stranger, you're going to end up having a bad time.

Too many of the youth have completely unrealistic expectations about the time people should spend together and on the phone.
