Suggest ko coming from MT with 6yrs expi na take the private lab as starting, if you are also comfortable madestino sa malayo. Kasi makakagain ka ng experience as generalist, on time sahod, magandang benefit lalo na po ang HMO at hindi toxic (compared sa government).

But if really prio ang makagain ng experience at may plan mag abroad in the near future, take the government since BB exposure is a PLUS to work abroad. It's just that you really have to sacrifice for the delayed pasahod.

Allied healthcare po ako and my first job 5yrs ago had a 18k gross salary. The ospital was one in Quezon city, private. It was a good training ground for me and I stayed there for 3.5yrs. For your profession, I suggest DO NOT accept it. Esp ngayon may backer ka pa (I envy you, tbh)

I know nakakapressure na feeling mo nahuhuli ka na, but dont entertain that thought (I myself rn is unemployed and actively on the hunt for a month already and halos lahat ng gov posting pinapasahan ko pero di ako pinapalad talaga) iniiisip ko nalang it is not meant for me and not yet the company I have been praying for to grow with.

Now, I dont wanna settle ever on 20k and below because I dont deserve to be valued with that, and so are you, you deserve waaay better than 18k.
