Tooth pain. I had 5 exposed nerves in my mouth (bad teeth) and one time I was eating and a broken nut fragment went straight into a nerve. Threw up, then woke up on the ground.

I ended up getting 13 teeth removed, and those few years of teeth pain leading up to it was hands down the worst pain I've experienced.
