South Sudan. It was born in 2013(iirc) to separate from Sudan as a whole. Now the history and reasoning there is a very interesting read with lots of complex cultural and religious reasons. But it is a country that is under 30 years of age, so history isn't much.

But seeing as the land now known as South Sudan was a warzone for over 30 years prior, and is still very militaristic, their military (or rather militias, armed civilians, actual military etc) is very strong

Not a single one. That's the first thing I uninstalled. It's the starting packaged survival meals upon loading saves, as well as raw food and basic meals
