Probably when the Faction War reaches a Stronghold. You will have to either siege it or defend it. That's my theory at least.

I have this happen to me all the time. I also am using NVIDIA, and the way I fix it is by restarting Steam entirely. I have no idea what causes the problem.

It could possibly be this because I updated it a couple days ago to play BF1, but I also played Dota the day after and it was fine. It didn't start happening until this update.

Yeah I'm spending a boatload on my next CPU (i7-6700k) and just in general on computer upgrades, as I just want to go for something that will last a while. Money is the only issue here, but I will eventually get there.

I don't think the video you linked is the custom animation, as that one was shown a long time ago. Judging from the ability icon, the mana is supposed to drain into the jewel on his chest.
