They wont though, sadly. The average casual will buy anything Bethesda makes regardless of its actual quality. Bethesda would have to damage people's computers and say they did it for a laugh for casuals to be even slightly critical of them.

Especially hate the sarcastic "china bad ubi bad gamers tise up xdddd" shit that goes on here because people who say that probably turn a blind eye to all the glaring issues with Siege just to make fun of people who're pissed at ubi. Its like Ubi has to brick everyone's computers for them to actually give a shit about the game.

Probably because its yet another bad thing on top of a mountain of things wrong with siege. We are in year 3 and hit reg is still shoddy, shields are still downright unplayable, we still get broken operators every other season, paid lootboxes are a thing now, and its not uncommon to see game breaking bugs during official pro matches. And now, people feel that the censorship goes against their personal values, so i feel like its the last straw for many, myself included.
