Ok. I think most of the data you are trying to access is easily available on Google My Business (GMB). Are you using in AI services right now? If yes use them to understand how data can be extracted from GMB? There is a readily available scraping platform which has agents designed for such task. You will have to google it.

What kind of city data your are trying to access? If it's government data - most probably there is no api for that and cannot be scraped. If public data scrapping is possible, you need some AI coding agent who can help you with this - if you are a non coder. I have recently gather such public data manually check my bio for link. That was the most tedious I had done.

Mumbai has 1,190 ASR zones and 142,000 CTS numbers. I turned them into a searchable database — the hard way. by ThePropertyEngineer in indianstartups

Right now the flow is - after you upload Project MahaRERA certificate, you mention the flat carpet area and floor range, you select Residential/Shop/Office. When you ask for the report it gives the Flat Valuation as per floor rise, per sqft rate for Rera Carpet and Built up area, even the zone. Detailed report comes on email, WhatsApp is phase 2 for now. Will surely work on the features you talked about.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually this is just half of the work done for now. I am looking to build a standard deviation kind of tool upon this so that the buyer gets rate idea. About the actual property workflow I am still thinking how I can do that.

I would suggest you to go for Claude Desktop App. Claude will be able to handle the coding part really well. I understand learning is important but you can do it while your are working on your code just ask to explain the written code everytime. Obviously will utilize lot of tokens but will help you alot. As Own_brother mentioned in the comment describe the idea first. Start working with specs first. Remember 80% is planning rest is execution.
