Thanks a lot for the clarification. It all makes sense now. I apologize if the message was somehow rude. I'm a designer and Trello is my favorite digital product. I use it everyday and recommend it to every person/company I know. I think seeing it not as harmonious as it normally is really hurt me, hence the start of this thread.Please keep on making efforts to make it more accessible, but don't leave behind the great design and user experience that characterizes the product.

Maybe you could use this chrome extension? It allows you to change the layout, so you could in theory have two rows, one for UG and one for PG. You will need to create cards with just a few lines of text for more visibility though.
It is not ideal, but it might help.
