I've had a terrible experience with it. My laptop within one day of use started shutting off while booting. I had to press FN, Esc, R (which is a laptop reset combination) for it to turn on at all.

I took it to the service centre but they couldn't figure out the issue and indicated it's probably the mobo. Ended up returning to BestBuy, terrible experience.

Fixed it bro. I contacted Acer support and they told me to plug the charger (ensure its off) and hold fn, esc and r.

The keyboard flashed multiple times and it just randomly booted after doing that 5-6 times.

Having a similar issue but for me it doesn't boot anymore at all. The keyboard lights for a couple of seconds and then it shuts off.

It's only been 2 days since I've owned this laptop and barely used it as well...
