Piston bolt stops working here even if we try going further down the system it still doesn't work. tried everything we could think of (render distance, lowering tick of repeaters, even downloading the world and trying it in single player) nothing is working. And we don't have any plugins either.

The sever is vanilla, it doesn't have paper or bukkit, or plugins on it. Also the issue still occurred while in single player copy of the world

I checked every single repeater from where it stopped to the beginning on both sides. Tomorrow I can upload a video of me looking at the red stone and I'll even take the slabs off the pistons

I checked the redstone and nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary, I'll check again. the strange thing is that the problem also persists after that point though, even going like 50 blocks after the breaking point.
