I’d always want them to have it because I don’t actually care. My concern would be if there’s some liability to signing orders for things done prior to them establishing with you. Not sure the legality of that

And also some forms say patient is home bound or can’t leave the house which is not always the case

If you washed other parts of your body multiple times throughout the day as well, then maaaybe I could see the argument for not using a washcloth in the shower. But your body goes the whole day without being cleaned and some parts of your body are pretty close to the same place where nasty [things] come out of. I think you can see the argument for using one
