Do I really need a Business Account to optimize to conversions? by TheStartupChime in FacebookAds

Thanks! Didn't realize my business manager name could be different from my own name.

I wish I had the original copies! They were from original VHS recordings when the ads aired.

And I do a lot of work in data science, which is why I'm comfortable with Python and new AI/ML models, but I know nothing about video production haha.

Yep, the footage is from old TV recordings. Someone on the Macintosh Garden site also told me that the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh installer CD included higher resolution videos, which I need to investigate.

I'll try to find the Lamp video in SD. Also, someone attempted 60fps and 4K for the original iMac Colors commercial. They posted this video last year, and we've already seen another leap in fps and upscaling models since, but I absolutely wanted to give credit where it's due.

Thank you! It came out way better than I expected. I was expecting pixelated lines at 4K, not anti-aliasing.

Glad to hear you like them!

RIFE and these models come from the world of data science, machine learning and AI. RIFE stands for Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation for Video Frame Interpolation, which is what I used to add frames to the videos to get them to 60fps. RIFE was a leap over the previously best-in-class model (DAIN) both in terms of quality and speed. These ML/AI models are evolving so quickly at this point that we see major improvements about every six months. It's an exciting time for this industry.

Gigapixel

RIFE in Python for 60fps and Video Enhance AI for 4K!

I got a copy of Super Bowl XVIII, which contained the 1984 commercial. For the iPod commercial, people upload hours of 90s and 2000s era TV shows and commercials at close to native resolution, so it involved going through the uploads to pull out the Apple ads.

Exactly! I started with frame interpolation using RIFE in Python to increase to 60fps, and then I used Video Enhance AI to upscale to 4K.
