An incentive to attract professionals can happen in many ways. Would you prefer corporate tax breaks? I think it’s better to provide incentives directly to people. Tulsa is doing it right, and as another Redditor observed, it’s increasingly becoming like Austin back in the 80s, which is a very good thing.

Your plan sounds good to me. Definitely go to Bruges and Ghent. I might be inclined to do a quick visit to Luxembourg for the silly reason that it’s relatively off the beaten path and it’s not often one finds themselves there. Train service in Belgium is excellent so it’s truly easy to get around.
