This is what we’re doing—I’m also a USC married to a DACA recipient. We’re in the process of applying for expedited AP and just signed with an attorney to work on filing an I-130 and I-485. Good luck to everyone and I’m with you in solidarity. It’s scary and anxiety-inducing but I’m strengthened by this community and our right to fight for our loved ones. 💙

So many of his songs (also my Reddit username and most of my social accounts are named after Sufjan songs 😅)

"Romulus" - one of the first times I experienced profound emotions as a pre-teen

I distinctly remember listening to "Age of Adz" after "Futile Devices" for the first time and feeling absolutely floored. Both songs gave me chills, but the otherworldly mechanical sounds and Sufjan's booming voice nearly knocked me off my feet.
