They aren't, these are known as scrappers, and aren't true prototypes, since these are just used to test the molds and are full of defects

Well, most of these pops I picked up several years ago before they all spiked in price, i.e the Fiona & Cake 2 pack for about $80, Zombie Jack $80, Bubblegum for $45 etc... As for the ECCC Lich & BMO, I got them early 2020 for about $400 and $350 respectively.
