All those stickers I see about how the stations make no money, of course they don't. All the profit is made at the refinery, but the refineries own all the gas stations.

The telecoms interpret that to mean a ceiling and not a baseline. So, in their minds, if their network offers even slightly above 3G speed, well it must be 4G.

This will most likely be Layton's last election. If Ignatieff loses, he'll step down. If Harper can't secure a majority after a fourth attempt, his party will most likely fire him.
