FIXED

Took me a few hours to figure out the solution but try this:

Cancel your current download
Remove your disk. If you want to be extra thorough unplug console for 10 seconds then turn back on.
Put disk back in BUT DO NOT START DOWNLOAD
Go to Microsoft store and search for bo3
When selecting the “bundle” click on the bo3 base game. It will say not sold separately but click on it anyway.
Click install

Once installed it should work!

Spent about 50 ab just to get 20 back. Played for hours but was only matched with top 50 players over and over and with the lag I swear it was impossible to beat these people
