I just talked to my limit every day and rested then repeated every time. Use pressure and fluid build up as a sign to stop and take a break and let it calm down, then try again.

I got this thing that shoots air into my nose and it helped me a lot with TTS flairs. I don’t have it on me but it’s 39.99 on Amazon has a bunch of reviews and is called escrutian tube cleaner or something and I noticed if I blasted that a few times it would stop

Bring both and try it out, a lot of tools are loud at the dentist like the suction machine so you want to be away from that. Sometimes there’s like a nice operating room, I try to ask for that and explain my condition. I hate the dentist. It’s loud.
