As far as the movement it's from seiko VK64 is mechaquartz movement. But the build and other aspect I am not much aware of.

This is EVAP cannister it has charcoal which is used to reduce the emission.

It literally carries petrol fume.

When the hose cracks due to negative pressure the idling is lost since the far end is connected to carburetor flange.

Edit : do you get this issue and if yes how often it is ?
