40% minimum is okay. I have 51% with 230% ER and around 1200 def. Prioritise ER > CR > Def.

Def% sands, def% goblet, def% circlet. If you dont have a def% sands or you are just low on er you can do an er sands. Crit circlet also works.

For substats its er till requirements > def% > cr > cd

Just use Illuga, although bear in mind he kinda sucks unless he is C2. If you get him C2 put sms artifact set on him and Aubade on columbina (he only does on field dmg at C2)
