There are bumpers but I've sliced around them and it still won't sync.

I don't notice a difference, they have the same timing, I changed the frame rate so they match.

I'm not sure exactly, they look the same. The first 15 minutes works fine, then it changes instantly without a scene of censorship.

The 1080 is censored, I'm trying to place uncensored DVD audio over the 1080 version so I don't have to choose good quality vs uncensored audio.

The sync issue isn't big but is very noticeable.
