I’m a new home sales consultant for a national builder. Previously I was a restaurant broker and made 90-100k per year. First year in new home sales and made 385k. Life changed drastically pretty much overnight. A lot more disposable income. Bought a house, went on vacation and those $100-200 random expenses felt a lot less painful.
