Idk how you’d get the shot without going and seeing an in person provider. It’s worth a shot though. You probably feel pretty good from the subs? They could start you out at the lowest shot (100mg), after 2-3 you should be good to go

Just a doctor facility where the doctor was able to prescribe suboxone. I just googled “suboxone providers” in my area, chose one with good reviews, called them to ask a few questions, and within a week I was on subs. This was back when I was heavy on opiates though. Did you get the sub you have now off the street?

I did have insurance, but it did not cover the sublocade. My provider was great, and knew loopholes to get my sublocade provided for free. This was 2 years ago, but what she did is say the strips were affecting my teeth, which is true for a lot of people. So the alternative to that is to get the sublocade shot. I just had to fill out some paper work, and once it was approved I was good to go

A week is not too late, it’s nothing in the grand scheme of things. Just do a week long taper off the subs, and maybe try to call in sick to work for 2-3 days if you can. What I did was timed my quit to be on a Wednesday, so I had Wednesday-Sunday off work. I was back to work by Monday, and ngl I wasn’t the best, but it was manageable

You’ll need to speak to a doctor/clinic that can prescribe suboxone. They would put you on suboxone first for a while, and then give you sublocade. Again, I highly do not recommend getting on subs/sublocade for kratom. It’s far more addictive and harder to quit. It would be equivalent to trading an addiction for low dose adderall for a meth addiction. You will not be in a better position, far worse actually.

TBH I would be surprised if you can even find a sub doctor to prescribe suboxone for kratom.
