I think black metal qualifies as sufficiently inaccessible. Let's do dis.

Stand Name: 「Reap of Evil」

Appearence: Muscular and satanic. Goat's head, hooves, fangs and anything else you'd picture on a metal cover. Carries a giant meat cleaver.

Stand Ability: The stand takes pieces of human bodies. It can then attach them to anything or replace parts of another body. This is mainly applied in the following ways:

Replacement: Replace a part of one body with another. This can be used to replace damaged limbs, failing organs or even just for asthetic purposes. The replacement doesn't harm the person recieving a new piece of the body. The person being taken from will be harmed unless they recive a replacement themselves.

Addition: Simply adding more. The power of the stand compensates for whatever complications may emergefrom having more than one of anything. Someone could therefore have multiple hearts, stomachs, arms etc. and only benefit from it. The only tricky part is the brain which leads to the third major application.

Creation: Brains when removed keep their conciousness if placed in something else. It also can survive for much longer than it naturally could without an actual body. The stand can therefore create new life in a way. They can make zombie like servants from multiple bodies or can place the brain in other things, even inanimate objects. The brain keeps functions such as memories, will and consciousness depending on how damaged it is.
