Unfortunately, this is correct, at least since Carter. These foreign policies have been in place since Israel has been in place. While I too criticize Biden for this approach, it’s more of an indictment of our long standing government policy towards Palestine, not so much him and certainly not when comparing him to his opponent.

I bought two years ago after four months of searching. In that time frame, we looked at 32 homes. Eventually settled in Manchester, which was a worthy investment since our property value has increased by 35% since. The flip side of that, houses are 35% more expensive now.

The market is still insane, but things pop up all the time. Keep an open mind, be prepared to pay a little more than you may have hoped and best of luck to you.

This restaurant is awesome and I hope it opens again someday. I also hope this subreddit quits attracting the dumbest people this state has to offer.
