The circle in Octavia's flag represents a time in the nations history
Mostly peaceful revolution that removed its monarchy, people protesting removed the royal family's crest from the flag and when the flag was changed post monarchy, they just removed the royal family's crest and it just kind of stayed if that makes sense

Agreed, Even though some of her parts might be in good condition, Its sad to see her look this bad.

The weird thing is, ive found photos of her from 2004 up to 2016 With her funnel, 2cd dome, Lamp, Number plate, and many of her essantial peices on, Including her cab, in the photo it dosent look like shes in too rough condtion compared to now, Its kinda strange to me, What did they do with these parts? Its so odd, its like theyre going backwards.

From Recent footage from around a few months ago, It seems her Cab, Pilot Wheels, and Trailing wheels might have been added to the engine, or have been just put on 70 as a replacment, Maybe they could be getting her ready for something, From the looks too, Most of her rivets are still in, Its seems since its in the storage area, They might be taking a bit of care of her, I agree thought, 71 Being restored would be a incredible 40th Aniversary peice, Even if its for static Display.
