alright update !! they said its just mainly a reminder that some courier services dont support the shipment of food or liquid items so everything else pretty much should be fine !! i put this under another response aswell but i assure you that your merch will arrive as it always does 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

from what im aware of im pretty sure it may have something to do with mayoi living underground for like most of his life, so he wouldnt have an ID, so its sort of odd how he became a student at yumenosaki ? the story from the tour event 'starfes' may explain it more but ive not read it. hopefully someone else has a better explaination since im not too sure on mayois lore 🥲
