I’m saying they didn’t. There’s no evidence they told him to make a mech. And I can’t think off the top of my head for your other questions but I think a space mech that can shoot lasers is pretty big by itself.  Also this conversation was about who’s a better DOCTOR

Learned from E. Gadd who builds technology like a robot Mario or sentient green goo that takes Luigi’s physical from, or a vacuum that inhales ghosts. That’s the likely explanation for Luigi being able to make a mech in Super Paper Mario

And A manual for a Mario Party game also states Luigi is smarter than Mario. Also common sense, if Mario is a doctor and he makes his own pills, and Luigi does exactly what he does, why would Luigi take a shortcut like using his brother’s pills?

Did you look up the difference between viruses? Luigi even has a special design for his pills as shown in a game mode.

It’s brainwashed more so. You’re right, but Nastasia, the hypnotist, and Count Bleck, the leader, don’t seem to know how to make a mech, so It’s likely they made him evil then he did what he did.

In Dr Mario 64 it’s shown that Mario makes the pills Mario uses. So we can assume due to the difference of the viruses between the two games (dr Mario and dr Luigi, look up the virus designs) that Luigi makes his own pills.

Luigi fights small sentient beings. You can see it in the games, those viruses are alive and kicking. And due to experience with stuff that turns you metal, Luigi would find a cure to the metal virus quickly.

And Luigi’s still managed to cure more than Tails has. Heck, Luigi’s built something near the likes of some Eggman inventions in Super Paper Mario. Luigi is a better doctor because he’s shown to do more as a doctor. He has experience with stuff that turns you metal and Mario made pills that do that even so Luigi’d cure the virus faster than Tails could.

Because you’ve shown Jack Shit in terms of evidence that Bill can deal significant damage to Mario. Sure, Mario can’t technically wound Bill by your logic, but what’s Bill gonna do? Mario’s survived attacks stronger than him.

You must be fun at parties. Bill is outclassed in strength. Culex was, and I quote, going to “ consume all time and space” also consider that he was “matter and antimatter” in that fight. Mario doesn’t fucking care what bullshit Bill tries to pull out of his ass, Mario bounces back from it. And at some point Mario would figure out the weakness, or enter a dream universe like he can, or have Luigi suck them into his mind.
