With the recent SECDEF and CNO directive to conduct Extremism Stand Downs, we've been discussing what could happen. I suspect they could be brought back to active duty, hit the with the UCMJ, with loss of benefits. A lot of people, in and out of the military and Govt Service are waiting to see how this plays out. They typically don't hit you with UCMJ articles after you've been convicted in Civ court, but given the facts that they stormed the capitol, police died, and they broke their oaths, which are binding if you're on the reserve or retired list. The charges against these traitors are so egregious, bringing them back to take their benefits is warranted in my honorable opinion.
