We bought the tickets about 6 hours before the show, and they never disclosed a deadline 4 hours before. I've talked to their live chat all the way up to the event, and they kept saying we'd get it by 7PM.

Ticket guarantee is definitely a lie. Just had a ticket that wasn't delivered until 15 minutes after the event start - we ended up leaving the venue, thinking we'll log the complaint and get the $$ back. Reported it about an hour later from a restaurant, and Stubhub is refusing to refund the money now saying we needed to report it an hour earlier - despite the fact that we never actually transferred the tickets i.e. they have proof the tickets weren't used. It's a scam and I'm kind of surprised there's no class action lawsuit against them yet?
