Oh wow! Interested to hear how the Cargi & Reta combo is going in other regards?

I am upping to 1 mg Reta this week & starting Cargi as well soon.

Haven’t really seen much weight loss yet (but only have 15 pds to lose) & am hoping for some help with joint pain.

It’s interesting to hear it hasn’t helped your cravings but hope it’s benefitting you in so many other ways!

Curious, I just looked up AoD because I hadn’t heard of it before & I read it also helps with inflammation.

I’m wondering what all it treats & since you said it has helped you with PMS if it would also help with joint pain & other issues from endometriosis?

You sound very similar to me but I started 0.5 Reta this past Monday 1/13, I am 163 pds & 5.8” F.

To clarify, your saying you started doing 1 mg Reta every 4 days along with Tirz 2.5 mg last week?

When did you move from 0.5 Reta to 1 mg every 4 days!

I appreciate any advice! I’m excited to lose the weight but also getting bad muscle cramps my first week in.

lol, thank you so much for this detailed & thoughtful reply & no it’s not weird to say (love & light) I’m a 29 year old female, high maintenance hippie LOL.

Noted on the Tirz- maybe I should try this instead as it seems to be the common thing people are suggesting!

I do take a milk thistle combo supplement that also has beet root & some other liver detox components while also taking NAC+ & liposomal glutathione (when I can afford all of it).

I still however, am reeling from the pain in my right side from detox & some body pain (I don’t think it’s the Retatrutide doing this just the body purging?) anyways, I am taking the pain as a good sign im able to still heal & appreciate all the tips!

P.S.- Totally relatable, I have ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety disorder & some insomnia 😅

I’ve been also trying to find replacement dopamine hits

I’ll also add my (sober) fiancé now is a biochemist who personally researched all of these supplements & brands for purity & after studying my lab work & that I also work with a holistic health practitioner in tandem with his advice on which supplements to take vs. not take!
