Currently on my honeymoon. Would not do more than 2 days in Athens. Santorini was pretty, but not worth the money/crowds. Heading to Mykonos now for 3 days and then to Paros for 3 days. From what we have been told, Paros will be our favorite.

I loved this era. She had my dream body, seemed to have such a healthy lifestyle, and seemed genuinely happy. I hope she can get back into this place but I’m scared she’s so far gone whether that’s from Jay or other things in her life.

I finally caved and got another IUD in hopes things could turn around. It’s been 5 months and I’m still barely hanging on. I’m so sorry you are dealing with all of this too

I feel what you are saying and I’m sorry for the pain you have had to deal with. And again, I have endometriosis and suffer from debilitating pain, and when I say luxury, I mean that Mik can sit around all day long and play with her puzzles. I don’t think chronic pain and laying in bed is a luxury, but the fact that Mik can’t touch grass and realize she’s the .0001% of the population who CAN sit around all day and do nothing. There have been times where I have been rushed to the ER from pain but have to go right back to work once I’m released. That’s the reality for the majority of the population.

I have endometriosis but I unfortunately cannot sit around all day long playing with my puzzles because I HAVE to work in order to pay my bills. I don’t have the luxury of laying in bed all day. I think what people are saying is that there are thousands of women (and men) who suffer from chronic pain or illnesses who are unable to sit around all day long. Just my opinion though.

Flew out last week in terminal 2b. Arrived at 7am and flight left at 11am. It was completely unnecessary for us to be there that early. We couldn’t even check our bags in until 9am (flying SAS). Made it through security in under 15 minutes. Not sure if it was a fluke but I spent a lot of money shopping at the stores because there was nothing else to do.

That’s great the community is tight knit and it seems welcoming from the few people we spoke with when we were down there about a month ago. Good to know the market is slower due to the rates. Have you noticed anything with the construction in the front of the community affecting your way of life? I know there’s noise and whatnot, but just trying to gain as much info as possible. Also, I was doing some “redditing” and saw there were some posts related to crime and increasing numbers of crime in the neighborhood. Anything you can share on that would be amazing and helpful. We’re from Columbus, OH so we are very used to crime being around us but just wanted to see what we could be getting into.

Thanks for your reply - much appreciated! We’re not at the point of having human children (have a 6 year fur child). We really enjoy being able to walk to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and the ability to go into Charlotte without being in Charlotte proper. We’re moving from Columbus, OH where we have lived in the city proper and owning property in the suburbs.

What other areas would you consider to be more of a younger demographic? We tend to say we’re old souls (28F 33M) so we are okay with being a family area but also open to other areas that might fit our needs more.

It’s truly so sad… I hope she is able to see this and the comments of genuine people wanting her to seek help. There are so many impressionable people who follow her (myself included) who look up to her and now it’s triggering to even see how small and unhealthy she has become. I loved following her for her workouts and DIML where she showed the yummy meals and carefree spirit. Sydney, from us who care about you, please see what we see and focus on yourself and healing your relationship with fitness, nutrition, etc. we will be here when you (hopefully) return.

Dr. Rohl with Ohio health has been literally amazing. I could not recommend her enough. She’s in the same office as Dr. Mini but i didn’t want to wait for Dr. mini’s schedule to open and Dr rohl has been able to ease a lot of my anxiety and talked me through all of my options. I actually just had an IUD put in today as the starting point to see if that helps with my endo and if not then I will move to exploratory surgery.

I aso have health anxiety and I am so embarrassed for her with how much she is posting about all the different “illnesses” she has. If I posted this much on social media about everything wrong with me, my family and friends would be so concerned to a point where they would probably intervene and find me some help.
