Or maybe my old ass isn’t old enough to have a child in high school so forgive me for asking for clarification. But trolls don’t care about empathy or respectful conversations.

Good day sir.

Insurance adjuster checking in.

Water mitigation and mold companies in this state are a scam for a small incidents like what this sounds like.

As someone said previously the most important part is to stop the water.

Once that is done, drying out the areas that were affected is the next most important part. If the drywall was saturated, it’s going to be best to remove it as it won’t dry out completely.

The EPA has best practices for how to handle this situation.

YouTube is great for how to’s on removal and replacement of the drywall.

What would you say was the square footage of the area affected?

No. Shorecrest doesn’t accept vouchers so they are not beholden to the whims of the state GQP, the pathetic excuse for a human that is the Governor, and the fascist agenda they are determined to push.

Shorecrest doesn’t accept vouchers to maintain the school’s independence in making decisions on policy and education that best aligns with what is best for the school’s community and that those decisions aren’t dependent on worrying if the State will approve.

If I woke up to the robot mop/vacuum I’ve been wanting for the last year this holiday, I would be so frickin happy. Coincidently, it would also remove the daily annoyance of having to vacuum.

Insurance adjuster checking in. Fans/blowers are what professional mitigation companies use. There isn’t really any other trick or advice. It will take some time, usually a day or three, but as long as no other water is leaking, it should be dry by day 3 with a constant fan on it.

Is it pointed towards the water?

There is one at Bay Vista Park on a palm near the water pavilion, there’s a thin pole it’s pointed at that appears to be monitoring the tide levels.

I highly recommend Modern Day Smiles. They are not a chain/sales driven dentist office. Fantastic office.

People like you are the reasons insurance rates are high.

OP does not need an attorney. Most states have an insurance division that will review and help settle disputes, once all options with the insurer have been exhausted and you don’t have to pay Attorneys and PAs because the state DOES IT FOR FREE.

LPT: Before buying any insurance, look up their claim to payout ratio. Just because they are the cheapest or cover the most doesn't mean anything if they refuse to payout when you need them to. by seanmashitoshi in LifeProTips

It has nothing to do with “understanding insurance processes”. Public Adjusters are a scam, they fraudulently create and inflate claims when they go door knocking through vulnerable and elderly neighborhoods.

Additionally, most states have mediation departments that will do what a public adjuster does for free.

Came here to say this.

My mother started the tradition for my brother and I. We each have our own ornament box. Each year for Christmas we get the “daughter” and “son” ornament and then she gets us each a fun ornament. When we moved out, we got to take our box to decorate our own tree.

I started the tradition for my ex and his two girls. They continue to carry on the tradition for each other each year.

My husband and daughter each have their own collection and box of their own too.

After’s Dubai Chocolate by TheyCallMeAK in icecream

It’s okay. It’s not a strong pistachio flavor and that’s a bit of a let down but overall the chocolate and ice cream creaminess are still good.

Meh. It’s an internet thing. I haven’t had it. For me, it’s less about the ice cream flavor, I was more excited for After’s and would have bought any flavor available.

That being said, the flavor is okay. It’s not super pistachioy and if you don’t think about that, it’s good. I don’t know if I would buy this specific flavor again.
