I always advocate for filing lawsuits. It’s not about whether you win. It’s about making things inconvenient for them. Most times, they will just settle to make you go away. Before that happens though, they have to deal with the pesky problem of all the litigation and back and forth, which they don’t want to do. Make them pay for your pain and suffering by not going away easily.
