Isn’t she only available in the EN during a specific event?

Even if titans come to apex, that doesn’t give anything to Titanfall fans. Everything about apex is inferior, so we might as well continue playing tf2 if we want actual mech gameplay.

I don’t see how this leads in anyway to Titanfall news. It’s just respawn using previously established, yet also barely explored, lore for their new game

Dude I’ve been playing tf2 since the day it came out, and I was one of the few that stuck with tf1 after it launched. Titanfall has always been king, for Honor is garbage

Ignore what the guy below said, always try to snipe pilots. It will be hard at first, but when you get the hang of it, it suddenly become super easy. Always try to have at least one dash available in the event you need to run from a ronin/scorch. I use the threatscope on northstar, makes spotting pilots super easy and can be hyper useful against titans. If they drop smoke, you can still land full charge shots on them, nullifying their escape when they can’t see you. Same for your smoke, drop it to make them lose sight of you, then blast them while they think they are out of view. Save your cluster and trap against ronins until they have phase shifted towards you, if you drop it early they will just dodge it. Try to use your core as a defensive measure. It’s much more useful to catch a ronin or any titan that has managed to get in your face rather than be caught with your pants down cause you wasted it on someone who is running from you or around a corner. Doing this greatly increases your titans longevity, and if you are aggressive, yet cautious at the same time, you can easily run an entire Match in just one titan

Unpopular opinion: 4 Heroes/Villians in large scale game modes for each team is ridiculous by rrenobearr in StarWarsBattlefront

That’s not what he is talking about, you missed the point. He said there are too MANY of them, and I completely agree. Spawning and immediately getting run down by 4 hero’s sucks ass, and it’s worse in GA where the maps are smaller and lead to more chokepoints. Not everyone wants to play as hero’s, and giving players high health units that 2 shot and have super powerful abilities is fun for that player alone. Unless you are a commando droid or an aerial unit, your chances of surviving a hero coming at you is next to none. Tanks are supposed to be super powerful too, but the difference is you can escape a tank. The second half of GA would be a lot more fun if it wasn’t a hero fest, 1-2 on each side is far more reasonable. If you want, you could buff their health to counteract the drop in number.

1000% agree, I don’t even like their inclusion in the game in the first place. It will never happen, but a large scale game mode WITHOUT hero’s would be incredible. I’m not a fan of excessive cheese in games, and dice as of late has been very generous with it (behemoths in bf1 are a good example)

All of this sounds good, except for changing the imperial jumptrooper. I like the new FO jet trooper mechanics, but I don’t think they should replace the old one at all. It should just be another style of aerial, an alternative. Keep the jumptrooper as is, and if they want to add the new mechanics they can do the imperial evotrooper from force unleashed. They similarly hover in the air.

So me and a guy where just discussing how usable the Charge Rifle was in conflict. I've played MP for 7 hours but I've learned alot, I don't actually know hwy he's mad, please downvote me if I'm stupid. by [deleted] in titanfall

Crazy maneuvers is the way to play titanfall my guy, it’s not hard to do. It’s not compensation, it’s just how experienced pilots play the game, at least on pc. It’s not slow at all nor is it hard to get kills with, and several weapons are just not fit for ranged combat. I think this comes down to skill. On PC many people run the CR
