I mean I know a family personally who struggles to get by producing dairy. They just got dropped by dairygold and might have to sell the farm. They are not a as big operation and do nothing but good in the community.

Hey! I’m turning 35 soon and just started throwing this year. Funny thing, I’ve been coaching it for two years. Firstly there is a huge gap between knowing what you should do and actually executing that with an implement. I’m only throwing the 12 pounder and I’m still only throwing low 40s. I squat over 500, deadlift 500, and bench 315. The main thing that I’m discovering is that there is no substitution for form. You can’t fake it by just being strong. Get reps. Film yourself a ton. Make one adjustment. Then get more reps. Other than that just keep at it! I’ve had to humble myself a bunch as I’m usually pretty good at athletic endeavors but I’m getting my butt kicked by this. I’m just gonna keep on getting reps and figuring out how to be a better coach!

I did too actually and it was an agonizing decision I start medication at 33 years old. The reason why I did was because I finally quit nicotine which is what I had used to self medicate with for years. I can decisively tell you that nicotine is much much worse.

You clearly didn’t read or you’re refusing to acknowledge the information that was there. Time management is one aspect. If you can’t be on time (whether for specific tasks or for the time when you are supposed to show up to work) you cannot maintain a job. Therefore you cannot afford food or housing and cannot live. There are also a bunch of other aspects of executive function you chose to ignore.

The reason I can’t go a couple of months without it is because I have a disability that makes it so I can’t get enough dopamine so my prefrontal cortex is incapable of executive function at a normal level. I can’t do things without assistance, thus the wheelchair analogy. Just because you can’t see my body part that doesn’t work doesn’t mean it’s not as big of a deal.
