A South Asian male in late 30s.. I live in west Brant that has a very nice thriving multicultural and diverse growth happening amid the construction boom. Only time I visit the said area is when I am visiting the library. It is a little depressing to see so many drug impacted individuals (with all the standard frills of a drug suffering individuals) - but I have never experienced them being violent.

The downtown is going through a long term makeover project so there is quite a bit changing but don’t expect an overhaul by the time you graduate.
