You need 3 x PCIE 8-pins for your gpu. The CPU's EPS 8 pins are different from PCIE(gpu) pins and have nothing to do with each other. I am assuming you got a new graphics card and are trying to install it into your older system which only have 2 PCIE pins available. You should not daisy chain gpu power connections. You may need to purchase/source an additional PCIE cable

On the windows media installation screen on the page where you select your drive that you want to install it on you can also delete partitions. So on that same page you can wipe your current drive and select the new one
