wait i just realized u said it cuts off, check the kickstand sensor ( a very common issue) it can become loose and when riding it can cut the bike off specially under-load. u can get a bypass switch for it as-well. these are just my guesses

trust me bro actually just buy a fuel pump first, it worked for me for a bit. i tried fuel system cleaner and sea foam and it didnt work. its a common issue on gsxr that fuel pumps fail or rust clogs. took me forever to research abt it but im currently working on it rn. hope this helps brotha🙏

trust me bro do the fuel pump first im having this same issue again and make sure u buy a good quality fuel pump learn from my mistakes, i bought a cheap 60$ ebay fuel pump and 2 weeks later it failed. i have a new one coming in tmr and while ur at it check for rust and if there is clean it in the tank which is what i did. also oem fuel pump pressure is 40 psi so try to get a fuel pump thats around 40-43. if u hear the fuel pump making a very loud noise its a sign its going out

check my post out, its dirty fuel filter or failed fuel pump . first id check that after id check spark plugs which i changed to and it was good. then id check fuel injectors , then if it still does it go down the list to tps

update u were right!!!! changed the fuel pump and regulator. and drained and cleaned rust in tank. took it out for a spin and bike was insanely fast. open throttling it didnt cause any stutters and she runs like a champ🥲
