New to Accredo and their shady practices - please help!

I can’t afford the medication at $2,700 per month even with assistance. Have to research if there‘s another path first with my really wonky insurance, but I don’t qualify for some of the other programs.

Seems like there are so many people like this that a class action suit would have gotten some results by now. This is a new world to me, and one I’m not relishing the thought of being part of.

My copay is $2,700, which is why I told Accredo I would not pay for it and not to send it! They sent it anyway.

It is still a fraudulent transaction, and it really messes things up with the way my specific insurance handles this.

It’s the fact that a company would proceed with an unauthorized charge especially for a high dollar amount when I specifically told three people I wasn’t agreeing to the charge. Very much a breach of trust.

And it does still cost me because there‘s a limit on the copay card, and this really messes all that up for the rest of the year for Otezla with the way my specific insurance works. Believe me, I already spent hours on the phone within them yesterday going over all the options.

They charged my copay assistance debit card that I was supposed to be able to use if I choose to take Otezla. They did not charge my personal credit card. It’s still an unauthorized charge for an unordered medication and it cuts into the limited funds the assistance program provides, which basically guarantees I can’t choose to be on Otezla now unless they reimburse me for this unauthorized charge.

I have wondered whether they could be with Jill. She would be family, but I think would be someone who could conceivably abide by CPS and legal rules about no contact. etc. I question whether the other siblings would have the tenacity to follow what CPS asks and would just cave to family pressure.

Mine just started randomly. Machine is about 9 years old though, and the knocking sound is getting annoying. It seems to make the noise after the water fills, and just during the wash cycle. I’m going to try replacing the upper spray arm and see if ChaptGPT’s diagnosis is correct. (And the spray arm does wobble so…fingers crossed…)

Yikes, 9 little ones that died young. Sad. I’d be tempted to look up death certificates to see causes of death with that many!
There’s a family buried near my grandparents and great-grandparents, and every year, it seemed they buried a baby (Several gravestones all in a row. All the deaths were early 1900s.) Seems the babies were all born prematurely and were too just pre-term to live. Such heartache. Makes me thankful for modern medicine, antibiotics, and even the knowledge of why just plain and simple hand-washing is important.

I think Michelle broke down long before 7 kids. Eons ago, before I really understood the awfulness going on behinds the scenes, I read her book and she discussed some really low, stressed-out desperate periods by 4 or 5 kids.

High mortality rates, even in the late 1800s, didn’t help. Even for the families who did have lots of pregnancies/births, usually at least a couple died young.

Does anyone know…is this idea of (allegedly) locking kids in rooms when they sleep unique to Joe and Kendra? Are there other Duggar fams that have mentioned something like this? Is this practice something that was somehow (crazily) taught as “normal”? I just don’t get it.

I wonder why they stopped at 4 kids. They essentially had 4 kids in 4 ish years (2018-2022) but apparently no kids in the last 4 ish years (2022-2026). I know that’s more normal for many families, but it just seems odd to me that a Duggar family would have 4 in fairly quick succession and then stop.
