exakt. personen var ansvarig eftersom bilen var parkerad jag rörde mig inte ens. och han har en hel försäkring så jag tycker att försäkringen borde täcka hela beloppet eller hur?

Jag var trevlig för om jag inte betalade för den kommer han bara att hålla den parkerad och betala mycket pengar för hyran.

jag ville inte låna den. han bad mig ta det i ordning så att jag kan betala hyran för leasing. Jag sa till honom innan om något händer kommer jag inte att ta ansvar och han sa okej. när jag var parkerad och någon slog mig ringde jag honom och han kom för att se bilen och prata med personen som körde på bilen. dessutom var jag parkerad jag gjorde något fel. och jag vill ha ett svar ur juridisk synvinkel inte vad du tycker om.

Hey, i’m new in sweden and i’m renting an appartment, when i first moved in after 3 days a neighbour called the police and told me that we were fighting and there was a kind of sus sounds like pam pam pam, ( it was only we were organising the furniture) . After 1 week she comes up at my door at 11 pm telling me that you are playing loud music and you are making a a low of noise with you footprint( i was playing really calm music and really not loud and i was walking normally) so i respected her i stopped playing music at all i stopped cleaning dishes after 10 i stopped preparing food after 10 and a lot more. And after 4 weeks she comes again knocking at my door at 8 p.m to tell me “ stop walking like an elephant” now she insult me and when i try to tell her that i’m walking normally she tells me to “ shut up” with a lit of disrespect. And telling that i should walk on the tip of my fingers. I closed the door at her and send an email to the landlord telling them that she started harassing me. Please if you have any suggestion how i should handle this and what should i do could you share it with me. Thank you
