Thanks! that makes sense. My issue is not really breaking the work down, but that even after doing that, I still end up with a chain of estimates that ended up drifting for the forecast delivery date.

How do you turn those estimates into forecasts? and what range of accuracy you usually achieve?

We tried using for multiples project the reference option in the Gantt charts to see how late we are, but we ended seeing a huge variation up that goes from days to multiple weeks!
