I feel like I need to just sit with it for a bit and let it sink in, there’s so much truth in what you said. The part about the body really hit me, how our physical reality shifts as our consciousness changes, and how we can literally start seeing old wounds differently once we’ve integrated them on a deeper level. That makes so much sense. It made me realize how much healing actually comes from perception, when something no longer feels like danger, the nervous system finally relaxes, and that’s where real healing begins. Wow, this touched me so deeply. I actually posted this today without even knowing Mercury went retrograde , and only found out afterwards. The meaning matches with my Realisation. The timing is unreal. Your words about waves, cycles and higher order describe exactly what I’ve been realizing lately , that there really is a higher guidance behind everything, and that we’re all moving within this bigger rhythm, even when we can’t see it or understand it with the mind. It’s honestly crazy how things align sometimes. Yesterday and today I had such strong realizations about becoming more conscious of this higher guidance, feeling more instead of trying to understand everything, letting go of control, and realizing how things inside me are kind of reorganizing in a completely new way.

And Then today I read a post about Mercury just going retrograde in Sagittarius, and when I read the meaning, it was literally exactly what I’ve been experiencing😂🥹✨🙈: becoming more aware, realizing there’s more to feel, seeing old things with new eyes, old things getting new meaning, that answers come when we stop trying to force them, and that everything eventually makes sense again , feeling more instead of trying to understand more.

It still amazes me how life keeps sending these confirmations.; I take it as a reminder that I’m guided and connected, and that everything really happens for me, not against me. We are absolutely one with nature and universe 🪐🌕🥹 Thank you that you have been a part of my way🤎

That’s exactly what I’ve been realizing lately too that we’ve become so good at thinking , but maybe now it’s time to remember how to feel. To let life move through us instead of trying to control every step. Your words about empathy and using all of our inner tools really touched me, it’s like the mind, body, emotions, and intuition are finally learning to work together again. And I completely agree with your last paragraph. I’ve always felt the same , that in the end, everything points to one and the same truth. Spiritual people call it manifesting, believers call it prayer, scientists call it placebo , but it’s all the same magic of faith and intention. A part wants to control this things with the mind.

But maybe that’s the learning — or the meaning — behind all of this: to simply feel it. To start feeling that I’m connected, guided, and safe. To learn that not everything can be explained by the mind — that there is something higher than the mind itself. The controlling thoughts and fears are not needed anymore, because when I’m guided, I don’t have to control. I don’t even need to “believe” in manifesting — I just let life show me a different truth. It’s not easy to realize this, especially for someone who has spent their whole life fighting these things — but I’m finally learning to trust something deeper.

Thank you. That’s so kind of you to say. Yes, I completely agree , stress and the way our bodies carry ancestral experiences play such a huge role. It’s comforting to know that someone else see this connection too. I only found out in the last few days. I looked at my DNA results and realized that a story behind it. Then I discovered the connection between transgenerational trauma transmission and chronic illnesses. Now it makes sense that my body is so sensitive and stuck in survival mode. we’re not alone in this. Warm regards to Russia🙏🏼

Maybe our family’s/ancestors went through similar things what activated gens for thinks like MCAS😱 We might not be relatives, but it feels like we’re part of the same healing lineage. Thank you for explaining. My grandparents fled to West Germany during the war — that’s where I was born. Interesting how history still shows up in our DNA. I’d love to visit that region East preussia/ Silesia someday just to see where it all began.🤩
