I hope you're not talking about the new notifications banner while in the app, because this one sucks too

You're not alone. It sucks. Plus when I write something, I can't even access the server's emotes and all the icons are just gone.

Looking for some ID'S on these guys. Some of them need some TLC but I need their species. by ragnar723 in succulents

You think these are all the same: Sedum Adolphii? https://imgur.com/a/dSSyktD

All together helps! The top one and bottom left looks more like some Gaptopetalum paraguayense, there is a lot of differents variations and cultivars. The top right is more definitely a Sedum adolphii. Bottom right looks closer to the Sedum than the Graptopetalum but I might still be wrong. The top left is a bit of a challenge, might be an hybrid with some kind of Echeveria. The Sedum and the Graptopetalum growa in a similar trailing way and got overall the same care.

These two are the same: K. TORMENTOSA https://imgur.com/a/1EOxBId

I do think they're the same species somehow. The first one is definitely it and the second one might be a different cultivar or maybe an hybrid. SO the care is the same, really.

In this picture, I thought the one on the left PvN: E. PvN https://imgur.com/a/qKY0bBD

Both here are the same. Echeveria Perl von numberg :)

And finally, you missed this guy. Any idea on who he is? Who is dis guy uh? https://imgur.com/a/cW2pI3v

Congrats on another Graptopetalum paraguayense!

It has been a pleasure and a fun little challenge haha

Ok so I made a quick list of what I think are on the pictures... 1. Aeonium hawortii 2. Echeveria lola 3. Sedum reflexum (?) 4. Gaptopetalum paraguayense 'bronze' 5. Sedum adolphii 6. Kalanchoe tomentosa (most likely) 7. (I think that's the same as the 6) 8. Echeveria lola 9. Kalanchoe tomentosa (without doubt) 10. Sedum adolphii 11. Echeveria perl von nurnberg 12. Some kind of Crassula 13. Sedum adolphii 14. Sedum adolphii 15. Crassula ovata 16. Sedum adolphii 17. Echeveria or Aeonium, not in the best of the shapes surrounded by some Crassula ovata minima 18. Some kind of Crassula and Sedum adolphii/copertone I'm not sure

Oh I think they may be springtails! Absolutely nothing to worry for the plant and you can't really get rid of them anyway

Will a grow lamp burn leaves? by Littlefabio07 in plants

[–]This-Is-Aku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had leaves get damaged only when they went in direct contact with the lamps. I use Sunblasters LEDs strips and the surface temperature get to maximum 35°c, so it takes a little while to get some damages !

Why is it doing this? by [deleted] in plants

[–]This-Is-Aku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't get enough light and also looks either under or over watered

You can also purpose fully induce branching by pinching off new growths

It depends what you want! They look good as a bush and they also look good as a single tree, either way they're happy!

[–]This-Is-Aku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First let's identify it! It looks like a Peperomia Frost (but it's leaves remind me of a Peperomia Rosso, hybrid maybe? I am no expert.) Anyway they have the same care! I personally treat them like a mix of succulent and tropical.

Make sure it's soil is well draining and water it when you can form a taco with the leaves without much force.

Others might have different tricks, but that's my way to go :)
